- How do I clean my HFI Upholstery?
Please visit our Fabrics section to find your fabric's cleaning code and its coordinating cleaning instructions (Please do not clean your product without reviewing this. Improper cleaning will cause a void in your warranty).
- If I purchase a fabric care or protection plan does that void my warranty?
Purchasing any fabric/product protection/care plan from the retailer voids the manufacture warranty and puts the responsibility of damages/defects onto the retailer or plan provider.
- How do I get the missing or damaged parts replacements?
Please contact the retailer you purchased your product from, and they can get you the parts or pieces you may need. (Please have your sales receipt, and photos if available, to help them with the process.)
- What is my warranty?
As the manufacturer we offer a 1 year limited warranty, please visit our warranty page to see full terms and conditions.
- My retailer has gone out of business how do I handle issues?
If the retailer you purchased your product from has since gone out of business, please contact us to let us know. Please provide your product's load number (located on your product's law tag), and your original receipt of purchase. Without this information your claim cannot be processed.
